Ensign and the technical courier ByBox team up to deliver next-day swap-out service.

Ensign have selected the technical courier ByBox to help support their next-day swap-out and repair service, which provides support customers with a next-day equipment replacement promise.

Ensign takes its customers’ business needs extremely seriously and understands that any kind of equipment failure, as well as any subsequent downtime, can have significantly negative effects on productivity. For this reason it is imperative that their swap-out and repair service is always available.

Operating all year round, with next business day technical swap-out delivery, ByBox add significant value to Ensign’s existing service. The courier operates the largest and most sophisticated locker network in the UK and has a notable first-time delivery success rate of 99.77%.

In working with ByBox, Ensign have identified a partner who can help them to build on an already impressive track record.

Ensign provided Sainsbury’s with a faulty device swap-out service for eight years, from 2004 to 2012, during which time their support team were handling approximately 1,500 devices per month, and led to the company achieving a 99.4% success rate on all service level agreements (SLAs).

Ensign are currently providing the high-street retail giant JD Sports with a country wide swap-out and repair service, which sees the Dorset-based solutions company dealing with approximately 180 devices per month and ensuring that JD’s in-store operations are always supported.
